At UCN’s ‘Next Step’ online entrepreneurship course, students are encouraged to dream big and pursue their ambitions with the right tools and support. One inspiring success story is Thea, a student who transformed her vision into reality by launching a thriving boutique hotel in India—all while continuing her studies in Denmark.

During the 10-week ‘Next Step’ course, she leveraged the program’s flexibility and hands-on approach to sharpen her entrepreneurial skills, refine her business strategies, and gain confidence in managing her venture remotely.

Bridging Two Worlds

Passionate about hospitality and cultural exchange, Thea founded her boutique hotel in India with a vision of offering authentic and immersive travel experiences. While running a business from thousands of kilometers away might seem daunting, Thea saw it as an opportunity to grow and learn.
